terminals. In progress is the creation of a valuable time saving program that

2004: Sheriffs Office (80 Deputies) in Central Louisiana migrates their
Criminal Histories to ARMMS Increasing concern over a lack of support on their
old criminal history system, a central Louisiana Sheriff's Office decided to move
up to A.R.M.M.S. This Sheriff's Office, which has over 80 deputies, also made
the big decision to migrate their data from the old antiquated system which became
unstable. This agency has been using ARMMS since 2001 , however, they were only
taking advantage of the Incident Report side of ARMMS. In January of 2004 they
also decided to turn on the "Jail Package" of ARMMS. For more information
contact our staff at 985-951-8557. |

2004: St. Charles Parish Sheriff's
Office (350 Deputies) Begins implementation of Jail management modules in
ARMMS A large sized Louisiana Sheriff's Office has begun the task of utilizing
ARMMS to manage their jail. By customizing the reports in ARMMS and making minor
revisions to the bonds and classification programs, they will finish implementation
in the summer of this year. This
sheriff's office has also made extensive revisions to the ARMMS to AFIS interface
so that you can submit the AFIS coded charge. This was done with minor modifications
to the charge code table and major revisions to the AFIS interface program. This
revision solved the longtime problem of the charge table in ARMMS not matching
the codes in AFIS, This will eliminate the Livescan operator from having to "fix"
the charges when booking on the livescan. |
