| Sean Murphy is a 15-year law enforcement veteran from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office. In addition to his law enforcement knowledge are his I.T. credentials: Oracle-certified Database Administrator along with 6 years hands on experience installing and maintaining Oracle enterprise-level systems in both Microsoft Windows and UNIX platforms. He is also a seasoned professional with experience in the development and support of applications using Oracle and Microsoft tools. | |
| Patti Murphy is a 7-year law enforcement veteran from Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office and Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office. Patti's experience in Beauregard allowed her to work in several agency departments providing her a broad understanding of the back end processing necessary for day-to-day operations. This invaluable experience allows her to communicate effectively with our client agency support personnel and provides CSS programmers with insight during creation of application functionalities. Added to this is her very extensive knowledge of LIBRS and UCR reporting. At Jefferson, Patti handled application quality control, wrote user manuals and conducted user training, as she does here at CSS. | |
| Michael DiMaggio has spent the last 5 years writing and supporting ARMMS software in an Oracle environment. His work has taken him to police agencies throughout Louisiana allowing him to learn about the problems that face law enforcement professionals and how to create, deliver and implement solutions for them. He was part of a team supporting The Louisiana Commission on Law Enforcement's LEMIS system. He has a Bachelors degree in business from S.L.U. in Hammond and a Certification in Oracle studies from Tulane University in New Orleans. | |
| Jared Lewis supported ARMMS and participated in several enterprise-level Oracle law enforcement installations. for over 3 years. His knowledge and experience includes data migration, cross-platform system integration, Oracle application development and Oracle back end installation and maintenance. Jared was part of the team supporting LEMIS for the Louisiana Commission on Law Enforcement. He is a graduate of Xavier University in New Orleans and interned at Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico and at Lockheed Martin in New Orleans. Jared resides in New Orleans. | |
